6. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All Site content, software, trademarks, and deliverables are Quobotic’s property. b. Restrictions: No reverse-engineering, scraping, or unauthorized commercial use. c. User Content: You grant Quobotic a non-exclusive license to use content submitted to the Site.

11. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation: Parties must attempt amicable resolution within 30 days.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), seated in Kolkata.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP breaches.
12. Governing Law & Compliance
Law: Governed by Indian law.
Cross-Border Compliance: Services comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and India’s DPDP Act, 2023.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email/Site banners.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms supersede all prior agreements. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
